Common questions

Does it cost anything to be listed?
No. There is no listing fee and no up-front cost. We are paid a commission only when the property successfully sells or is rented out.
How long does it usually take to sell?
It depends on the location, the property type, and above all the asking price. We will give you a realistic estimate during the assessment rather than an optimistic one to win the listing.
Can I offer the property for both sale and rent?
Yes. Pick "either" in the form and we will list it under both, so it shows up for buyers and renters at the same time.
What if I already listed with another broker?
Tell us in the form. If you have an exclusive agreement still running, we will wait until it expires. If it is a non-exclusive arrangement, we can usually proceed straight away.
Do you handle the paperwork?
We guide you through it and coordinate with the buyer's side, the bank, and the registry. The documents themselves stay in your name and you sign them, but you will not be working out the sequence on your own.
How do you decide the asking price?
We compare recent completed sales of similar properties nearby, then adjust for condition, floor level, view, and how quickly you need to move. If you already have a figure in mind, put it in the form and we will tell you honestly how it sits against the market.
